Style & Approach:
At some point, every one of us will experience a painful and challenging season in life, whether it is a marriage that is in turmoil, the death of a loved one, or daily battle with depression and anxiety. Everything may be going well and then life throws a curveball or few. It can be confusing and overwhelming. How do you begin to sort it all out? I provide my clients a calm, understanding and compassionate space to engage in a therapeutic alliance and start their healing journey. Together we figure out what will help to resolve these conflicts and put you on the path to hope and restoration. I am able to bring up tough subjects in a way that does not make people feel threatened, scared or judged and communicate solutions in a way that is easy to understand.
