Style & Approach:
Experiencing life challenges and obstacles can be overwhelming and daunting at times. Exploring emotions and uncovering the inner psyche can also be challenging when we are feeling stuck or confused. Building a therapeutic relationship which is free of judgment, guilt and shame helps to heal these past wounds while allowing the client to explore who they really are. Engaging in therapy is a process that can take time to enter into new levels of healing & self-growth. It is my passion to guide my clients to reclaim their universal birthright which is joy and happiness. We often find ourselves deprived of these emotions because of false beliefs, unrealistic expectations and stress about our future. The therapeutic space is crucial for creating a safe environment to build ourselves from the inside out as we enter into a positive self-transformation. It is truly my honor to be part of this process.
I have a Masters of Clinical Social Work Degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. I have ample clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups.
