Join our team

Are you a fully registered psychotherapist or social worker looking to join a team of like minded therapists? We are always interested in meeting individual, couples, and family therapists who share the values of our clinic!

Why Work with us?

Since the pandemic it has become easier than ever to work for yourself and offer virtual therapy out of your home. This is incredible for therapists, but it can be isolating and lack the support you might need. We strive to strike the balance between independence in your work with clients and support from the team and structured clinic! We offer flexibility in schedule and type of sessions, allowing you to see clients in-person at our two office locations as well as virtually. We take care of ensuring college guidelines are adhered to, helping to find resources and guidance for ethical dilemmas, and providing training and technology for ease of practice.

Technology

We’ve set up a system of client management and resources using Owl Practice and Gmail. We pay for Owl and support you learning how to properly keep notes and client files within Owl. All our virtual sessions are done through secure video through Owl so you don’t have to worry! We’ve taken care to establish this system for you.

Community

Our clinic managers and our virtual assistant are here to support you with client issues, Owl practice questions, payment concerns and many other things. Our other associates are your team members and we continue to work to try to foster a team environment from afar! We offer virtual peer supervision twice a month to discuss anything you might need support with.

Autonomy

We provide a homebase and infrastructure for you, but you get to choose how much you need to access support. You get to manage your client schedules, and you have autonomy with therapeutic relationships, techniques, and modalities. While we do have a non-compete clause in our contract, it does not prevent you from having a second job or a private practice of your own should you wish.

Flexibility

Some of our therapists are virtual only from their homes, and others combine virtual work and in-office sessions. We provide two office locations to see clients in person: Bloor West Village and Long Branch. This allows you flexibility to work virtually and in-office in a way that functions for you. We will work together  to set up a schedule and balance that is best for you and our clients!
