Our beloved therapy clinic in the heart of Bloor West Village, directly on Bloor Street, has three beautiful therapy offices available for rent.

How it works

If you are a psychotherapist, social worker, or psychologist looking for an office to rent for your private practice let’s talk!

If we’re a good fit for each other, you choose the day of the week, the office, and the time block (day or evening) and the office is yours for that time each week. You’ll also have a network of therapists for support and potential referrals. See below for more information and each office’s availablity for sublet.

What We Offer



Amenities

Our waiting room is equipped with water, coffee and tea for you and your clients.

We have a newly renovated, all gender washroom for you and your clients.

High speed wifi for virtual therapy.

A mini fridge, microwave and a dishwasher.



Cozy Space

Our office is in a historic brick building on Bloor Street. Our office rooms are warm and beautifully decorated. Each room has lamps, a patterned rug, blankets, and throw pillows.

Additionally, each room has a storage space for your belongings and is equipped with a desk or a tall side table for using your laptop.



Community/Referrals

Being a therapist in solo practice can be lonely and isolating. It can also be difficult to market yourself and get referrals.

We offer a space with many therapists who share the office and provide a sense of community that virtual only and solo practice cannot.

Sublet Rates

Day rental rate: $500 +HST a month for a day time block, your choice of start time until 4:30pm

Evening rental rate from 4:30pm: $300 + HST a month for an evening block starting at 4:30pm until your choice of closing.

Weekend Rental Rate: $300 + HST a month for entire day/evening.

Hourly rates and reduced rates for multiple days available, please enquire!
